  They are the worst dentist office that I have ever been too! There are multiple things that they did wrong. 1. I need my wisdom teeth taken out and the referred me to an Orthopedic Surgeon who was not covered by my insurance, CHARGED $50 for the Surgeon's assistant to verify that. 2. They called me to schedule a cleaning. I proceeded with the cleaning and then was informed that my filling needs replacing. Scheduled an appointment for that a month later. Had filling replaced. 3. Received a phone call for verification of address, gave them my address. Received a Bill with a late fee for my Cleaning and Filling. Made a phone call because my insurance should have covered that. Insurance stated that I had reached my Max which is why it wasn't covered. I needed to wait two months in order for it to be a new year in order to have be covered. 4. Made a phone call to to River City Dental Care to set up a payment plan for my $300 bill, they said it was fine to pay $100 a month. 5. When received Bill I was charged a LATE FEE AGAIN! So I just paid the complete thing off and want nothing to do with them ever again! My previous dentist office would always make sure to contact my insurance to make sure that I was covered before they were to schedule me for any appointment even the Orthopedic Surgeon check to make sure I was covered by my insurance! They knew that I had surgery for my wisdom teeth being removed and should have known better, I shouldn't have had to do there job for them and have been charged multiple times for there lack of care for their customers!
